Canyon Athletic Association is excited to present our Junior High Softball Player of the Year award to Isabella Ray.
Isabella is one of the most accomplished female athletes that has attended Legacy Surprise. Her school career has been highlighted by back to back undefeated seasons resulting in two state championships. She was voted as a team captain and has been a starter in the middle infield since her sixth grade year.
Isabella’s biggest strengths are leadership and positivity. In addition she stands out by bringing a strong work ethic to the team every single day. Not only does Izzy compete at the highest level but she carries this same attitude into her academics where she currently holds a 4.0 GPA.
“As a coach, I have truly been privileged with the opportunity to coach Izzy. Next year she will be attending Willow Canyon High School and I am confident she will continue to see the level of success she has while with us at Legacy.”
